The position of CPS Support Coordinator is a support role that will engage in multiple facets of the ROi CPS packaging business. The position requires working closely with the Clinical Account Executives (CAE) in developing an understanding of how products are used, the complexities of working in a hospital/ambulatory surgery center environment and the clinical aspects of custom procedure trays. The CPS Support Coordinator will gain a keen understanding of how to support the CAE, particularly in analyzing pack spend, pack design and quoting. The CPS Support Coordinator will assist in the accurate and timely completion of finished goods product quotations needed to secure new or modified surgical packs as requested by customers. Utilize existing product portfolio and database of projected costs to gathers details to estimate all production costs according to submitted specifications, considers all raw materials, labor, sterilization and transportation for estimations.
The CPS Support Coordinator will also work closely with the CAE in the production and engineering of prototypes including understanding of CPT design and hands on awareness of the components that go into the CPT's. They will also assist the CAE in the presentation of the prototypes to the Customer. An integral part of the CPS Support Coordinator role is to support the activities of the Executive Director, Service and Implementation to whom this position directly reports. This includes Utilization Reviews, Business Reviews, implementation planning and quoting assistance. They will be responsible for the analytics that are required for service support for existing customers, new projected customers, and developing both short and long term business forecast sales projections. Included in the CPS Support Coordinator duties will be working closely with sourcing to research components for back orders, cost savings, and other initiatives of the Executive Director.

Education: Bachelor degree (BS, BA) or in lieu of degree, substantial equivalent experience in business, healthcare supply chain, vendor relations, pack manufacturing or related field experience.
Experience: 2+ years of previous healthcare supply chain, manufacturing or related field experience. Custom pack component product or vendor knowledge highly preferred.
