What You Will Do

As the Private Equity Senior Analyst, you will assist in developing the investment strategy, in addition to sourcing and evaluating new private equity investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts due diligence on prospective investment opportunities. Performs research, analysis and evaluates investment strategies and decisions.
  • Manage pipeline of prospective investment opportunities and review Private Placement Memorandums.
  • Monitor private equity investments by reviewing risk/return profiles and performance through research and analysis of investment strategies and performance attribution analysis.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the private equity portfolio strategy.
  • Manage the data/document managment process.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or CFA preferred but not required

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred
  • Extensive analytical and quantitative skills preferred
