Key Responsibilities bull Collaborate across the organization to develop business acumen and build relationships needed to bring forward programs and solutions that address business and talent needs. bull Contribute to project teams working on talent development and Workforce Services initiatives, such as competency skill development efforts, onboarding programs, development planning, and more. bull Responsible for end-to-end talent development solution ownership, including assessment, conducting research for solutions that match the needs, making recommendations, gaining approval, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating solutions. bull Conduct training needs assessment (TNA) while utilizing consulting skills to understand, clarify, identify, andor define impactful objectives for, and successful outcomes of, talent development efforts. bull Leverage a variety of formats and techniques with an emphasis on interactivity and real-world application relevant for adult learners in our business environment. bull Develop evaluation and measurement procedures to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. bull Assist in selecting and managing third-party vendor partners and negotiating contracts in partnership with appropriate internal leaders and business partners. bull Design, develop and maintain quality development and training materials review vendor materials for same. bull Perform tasks such as scheduling classes, creating communications and marketing plans, supporting on-site offerings, preparing reports, monitoring costs, and entering development-related information into the LMS. bull Remain current on talent development trends and best practices, utilizing learning to improve job performance as well as to make recommendations to continuously improve the Talent Development function. Qualifications Required bull Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future bull Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities bull Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent development, training and development, organization development or related field in a large, corporate environment bull Knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, and adult learning principles bull Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing training and development communications bull Experience selecting, implementing and managing third-party vendor relationships bull Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others. Will need flexible communication and work style to support our multi-location and global organization. bull Strong communication, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to organize and express ideas clearly, position thoughts and perspectives effectively, and influence for support of shared projects and outcomes. bull Ability to set and manage multiple priorities using strong organizational, process, project, and stakeholder management skills bull Change agile with a continuous improvement mindset bull Proficient with Windows technology and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) bull Ability to support multi-campus workforce as needed bull Exemplifies professional behavior and adheres to policies and procedures. Experience developing standards, processes and procedures Preferred bull Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field bull Experience utilizing blended and remote learning approaches preferred bull Experience working for global company and in Information Technology or other technical function preferred bull Experience working in a talent management or learning management system preferred bull Experience creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites preferred Equal Opportunity EmployerDisabilityVeterans
